MindMark is designed to keep your family's information private. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used.
Your tasks, appointments, family member names, activities, and medication schedules are stored on your device. If you create a family sharing code, that data is also stored on our servers so it can sync to your family's devices. We do not require an account, and we do not collect your email, location, or contacts.
When you use the Scan feature, the photo or voice recording you choose is sent to our server and processed by an AI service solely to extract calendar events. Images and recordings are not stored after processing.
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your information with third parties except the processing described above.
Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device. To request deletion of synced family data from our servers, email support@priyathottam.com with your family code.
MindMark is intended for use by parents and guardians. Family member profiles are created and managed by the account of the adult who sets up the family.
